To be clear, I am a believer that tellin' ain't trainin'. (And, as someone raised in Alabama, I say it that way, too.) Since this course is simply displaying information (a traditional transfer-acquisition approach), I wouldn't consider this course a "training course." But, I do see a lot of promise in the 7Taps platform as a follow-up/reinforcement tool, a way for companies to communicate changes to company policies, provide quick knowledge checks, and more.
